Description
This image taken at night shows the art deco storefront entrance to Davis Women's Apparel at 223 Pine Avenue. The display windows are arranged in symmetrical waves of curved glass. The entrance floor is tiled in geometric marble shapes leading to a circular solar centerpoint at the door. An elaborate art deco embossed glass panel is mounted above the doorway. Merchandise shown in the windows includes sweaters, frocks, coats, and hats. The stylized art deco neon lettering over the front store entrance reads, "davis." DATE NOTES: Noted on image back. ORIG.
