Description
Black satin backed crepe dress with horizontal bands. 8 1/2" wide boat neck with notch 2 1/2" deep on left side. Sleeve: narrow, straight long with 3 bands of alternating matte to shiny side of fabric at cuff. Snap closure. Bodice: Alternating shiny side, 1/4" faggoting, matte side. Fabric widths 2 1/2 - 2 5/8". 5" matte panel at hips. Side belt loops - belt missing. Skirt: 1" horizontal folded pleat around hips. Front - vertical knife pleats, sewn down 3 1/2" 3/4" apart. Back - smooth.
