Between the rows of trees, large groups of small tents can be seen. In the background at center, groups of large buildings can be seen. Further in the background at center, the harbor can be seen with several boats dotting the water. To the far left, a large mountain slope can be seen with buildings visible on the hillside. Previous version of record states: "1905, or (according to C.M. Loud in "Berkely and Avalon") late 1890s".
