Exterior view of Casa de Rosas, later the Froebal Institute, located at 950 Adams Blvd. It is a 1-1/2 story Mission Revival school and residence, built in 1894. Architect was Sumner P. Hunt, and it was one of the first buildings to utilize an interior courtyard. The structure was associated with a prominent educational system of the day. It was included in an architectural/historical resources inventory by the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles.
