Photograph caption dated April 20, 1964 reads, "Examining art objects to be diplayedenade [sic] are Mrs. Marvin T. Smith Jr., left, at the Art Museum Council's Gallery Prom - Van Nuys, and Mrs. Jack Jungmeyer Jr." The article partially reads, "More than 25 galleries on La Cienega Blvd., Los Angeles, will present one-night-only shows from 4 to 8 p.m. for the benefit of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. Art Museum Council members will be hostesses at each gallery and at 10 beautifully decorated adjoining patios where cocktails will be served."
