Description
EPH writes to GBH, glad to receive her letters and hopeful that she will not hole up too much. He describes the weather in detail and explains that it is too humid to take his customary walks. The housing situation has not changed, and he is considering options for bringing the car out from California, or buying a newer one. He writes of his work at the Aberdeen Proving Grounds Ballistics Lab, and his suggestion to create a main library of ballistics information. With envelope.
