About 75 members of the Philippine community protest in front of California Overseas Bank in downtown Los Angeles urging patrons to pull their money out of the bank. Demonstrators allege that the bank is run by Marcos supporters and "launder" money for the Philippine president. The bank closed its doors during rally. Photograph dated February 21, 1986.
