Title supplied by cataloger. Between November 5 to December 4, 1955, four model homes of the Lincoln House and Garden Park and Pool Club development built by Tobin Co. were showcased. Tobin's Park and Pool plan was promoted to include a private community park surrounded by homes, set to be sold for $14,000, with a 70-foot swimming pool, a recreation building, and three play areas scattered over a two-acre parcel. During the home show, it was announced that 600 hundred families from the immediate area would receive a free membership to the club.
