Description
"The Visual Diary of a Draftee" is an autobiographical documentary film produced by Williams shortly before he passed away in 2008. The short film (11 min., 17 sec.) utilizes a slide show of his images with music and narration (by Williams himself). Using images and captions to tell the story, the film follows Williams from basic training at Fort Ord, to his yearlong service in Korea, to the Korean countryside, where Williams documented life amidst war.
