"The Palace, Lake and fort. Amer, the old capital of Jaipur. It is mainly in ruins now. Only the old palace, the well built houses of the nobles and the temples with [?] are standing. Amer was captured from the amer Minas an abriprial race about 1150 A.D. It was greatly [utilised?] up to 1700.
