Description
"Bersaba: Ein altes Kaffern-Ehepaar v.s. Häuschen." ("Bersheba: An old Kaffir couple in front of t[heir] house."). The picture shows two women and a man of African origin. The old woman and the old man sit. Behind them stands a young woman with a white pinafore. The two women wear dark colored cloths around their heads. The group sits in front of a house wall. On the left stands a barrel. On the right the entrance to the house. Written on the card board: "P. Theile. 1934."
Bersheba is a village near Enon.
