Photograph caption dated July 29, 1955 reads, "The General Metals Corp. regular board of directors' meeting was held at the Adel Precision Products Division, 10777 Vanowen St., Burbank plant. The directors also visited other plants of the corporation in the Vernon and Hollydale areas. In line with the policy of decentralizing the management of the corporation, the board plans further meetings of this type. Directors present, left to right, were Joseph Cereghino, Arthur F. King, Wm. N. Lagomarsino, Wm. E. Butts, Harvey Hewitt and J. Wendell Coombs."
