Description
One of two photo albums compiled by Sumiko Dorothy Tanabe, a "brown" photo album. Includes mainly pre-World War II and World War II era photographs of herself, signed photographs of her friends, photographs of Dorothy hanging out with her friends, graduation photographs, photographs of her family, of her travels, of when she and her family were incarcerated at Amache/Granada camp in Colorado, and of her brothers while they were in the army. The photographs depict young Nisei outdoors activities during the prewar time, such as going to the beach, outings, picnics, motorcycling, horseback riding, and others.
