Description
Judge's written opinion in the case of the Irrigation Company of Pomona, et. al. (plaintiffs) v. the San Antonio Water Company, et. al. (defendants) over water rights. Plaintiffs' lands are in the vicinity of Pomona and Claremont, in Los Angeles County. The defendants are alleged to be unlawfully diverting water claimed by the plaintiffs to lands in the vicinity of Ontario and Upland, in San Bernardino County.
