Photograph caption dated October 27, 1958 reads, "Alec Guinness arrived and departed in Hollywood so quickly that ardent moviegoers barely had a chance to see the 'Oscar' winner. Actor is currently in Mexico for the screening of his latest United Artist feature 'The Horse's Mouth' which is being shown at the Film Festival."
