Description
This circa 1915 novelty postcard features a Dutch boy in wooden clogs and a message written in dialect was personalized with "Sacramento" printed on the blue felt banner. This card carries a cancellation stamp from Sacramento in June 1916 as well as a larger postmark from the Panama-California International Exposition in San Diego.
