Photograph caption dated October 6, 1964 reads, "Warren Biggs, left, and Phil Hall, right, of Motor Car Dealers Association, issue bumper strip to Mayor Sam Yorty as 'goodwill and support for law enforcement officers' program is launched. Shelia [sic] Leighton, Auto Show queen, was present to extend the mayor an invitation to show."
