Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph caption dated July 20, 1961 reads, "Reseda residents request street lighting district - O. Meissner, seated left, joins Mrs. W. Lauesen, L. Pickering, F. Blonsky." Meissner is Director of the Los Angeles City Bureau of Street lighting. Petitions for the street lighting improvements were handled by the Reseda Chamber of Commerce, headed by Blonsky, with members Lauensen and Pickering doing the field work for the petitions.
