Several people are walking along the sidewalk toward the corner as the camera views a busy street from this Fourth Street vantage point. The pharmacy window display has ads for various products and at the curb there are two newspaper vending machines located between a fire hydrant and a street lamppost. On J Street is the Anchor Hotel (308 J St.) and the Welcome Hotel (221 J St.).
