Description: Unmarked ledger that may be from Sainte Claire Pharmacy or from a diagnostic lab, dated January - March 1949, listing names and diagnoses, and what appear to be tests performed, such as throat cultures, spinal fluid, and "S.C. Culture". Also includes notations about animal bites and whether they were positive for rabies.
