Description
Photograph of a view showing the Imperial Canal heading number two on the Colorado River, June 1, 1905. Several branches of driftwood lie on the surface of the dimpled river at center which flows to the grassy mountain side in the background. A jagged rock wall can be seen on the bank on the right while the rest of the banks on either side are dominated by the tall, dark trees that hang over the river's edge.
