Photograph of an unidentified riverside scene that appears to show the river coming to an end in a marshy area, ca.1950. The calm rivers shimmers in the daylight at center as it reflects the large, dark trees that hang over the water's edge. Further down the river, the water gets shallow as it washes up on marshy ground. Short bushes line the bank near the marsh while grass lies at the top of the bank's hill on the left. Several buildings can be seen beyond the grass and trees in the background on the left.
