Title supplied by cataloger. Domenico (Dominic) Di Ciolla, was one of the earliest leaders of what became known as the Los Angeles crime family. He was involved in bootlegging and allegedly several murders. He was found murdered near Pacoima in 1931, after challenging other crime bosses in an attempt to expand his expand his criminal operations. Photograph shows Dominic Di Ciolla, slain northend gangster, his son Victor Diciolla, 5 yrs. and wife Elizabeth Diciolla. The boy is standing on a chair between his parents.
