Description
View of the ongoing construction of the Tom Bradley Wing of Central Library, as seen from the southwest corner of Grand Avenue and 5th Street. Scaffold still stands in several places, and the interior spaces are empty. Signs indicate that Tutor-Saliba Corp. is the general contracting company for the project.
