Description
Aerial view of Feather River Bridge at Storrie Power House taken in April 3, 1926. Donor/Source of Loan: Rob Hanford (loan). Audio Tape #12B-150. Feather River Bridge at Storrie Power House. 1926- completed building bridge. This photograph is another view of GMW 125 05 07, this time looking from further downstream up river. This puts the switchback into view, which also had a siding which is not visible. This roadbed is very near where highway 70 runs today. A building that is not visible in either photograph because of the topography is a small dwelling occupied by the electrical inspector, which was located east of J. Brown's living quarters (up the hill).
