People stroll pass Tony Smith's sculpture on the plaza in front of the Security Pacific Bank building. The plaza is edged with cypress trees and a rectangular fountain. Photograph caption reads: "The 'Plop Art' approach is exemplified by this small and out of scale sculpture by the late Tony Smith which sits, awkward and forlorn, in the barren plaza of a bank building at 400 S. Hope St." Photograph dated: August 28, 1983.
