Photographs marked "McCurry Foto Co." in lower right corner. Rows of small alfalfa piles approximately parallel to bottom of photo; about center in the distance is a very large alfalfa pile; in left background stands a farm building. "2721" -- lower left corner. Sutter Basin Company developed and sold land in Sutter County as part of Sutter Basin Project. Irrigation system of pumping stations, canals, etc. was owned by Sutter Mutual Water Company.
