Description
Lease to Shizue Kuwahara, formerly Shizue Yamamoto. Describes lease agreement terms beginning July 1, 1940, ending June 30, 1943 for six acres on the Rancho San Pedro tract with a yearly rent of $120. Includes signatures of Hamilton H. Cotton, Carson Estate Company and lessee. Handwritten payment records located at the bottom of the second page.
