View of Police Chief James E. Davis holding a small child named Doris Thomas. Both are admiring some of the dolls to be distributed on Christmas day by the police department Santa. The dolls were presented to the police department by the Women's Civic Center Council and will be included among the more than 6000 toys that will be given away. Photo was taken on December 23, 1936.
