Photograph article dated November 6, 1947 reads, "Harry Edison, left, executive of Edison Brothers' Stores, Inc., operators of Chandler Shoe Stores, accepts life-size oil painting of himself and brothers from Joe M. Arenson, Los Angeles vice president, and Juanita Tacke, designated "Miss Chandler" to represent the employes [sic]. Similar gifts were given to company executives throughout the nation in celebration of stores' twenty-fifth anniversary."
