A.F. Funderburk, Jr. Builder display at the 1928 Pacific Southwest Exposition. The exhibit shows builder and floor plan sketches of houses, part of "A.F. Funderburk, Jr. competition for 1928 auspices Long Beach Architectural Club." In the center is an exact reproduction miniature four-family flat display, which was built by E.A. Chindlund located at 826-832 Termino Avenue. There are two (2) signs posted on the wall which read, "Complete Building Service, Builders of High-Class Income Properties, members of Long Beach Real Estate Board, California Real Estate Association, and National Association Real Estate Boards." The exposition was held from July 27 through September 3, 1928 on a sixty-three acre parcel of waterfront land off of 7th Street, now Pier C. DATE NOTES: Circa 1928. ORIG.
