Description: The groundbreaking ceremony for the Arena's new exhibition hall, with Mayor Edwin Wade speaking at the podium. Behind him, fourteen seated officials listen. The stars and stripes decorate the seating area and surroundings. Several buildings, including one under construction, can be seen behind. Signs for Gust K.
