Text written under photo: "Trotting Race P.P.I.E. Race Track Durfee driving inside horse 1915." Photo shows three horses on the track. The jockeys, rather than riding the backs of the horses, are riding chariots directly behind them. Spectators are watching along the fence and from atop a building nearby.
