Photograph caption dated April 19, 1962 reads, "Tim, the chimpanzee, lines up the pipe while Sonita, the elephant, takes care of the heavy work at the site of a proposed Conejo Valley Community Center. Jungleland at Thousand Oaks, where Tim and Sonita live, is donating gate receipts of June 2 and 3 toward construction of the Center. A fund drive is being held in conjunction with Conejo Valley Days June 1, 2 and 3."
