Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph caption dated February 24, 1965 reads, "Southcoast Insurance Corp., a new Valley general insurance agency, has opened its new office at 14608 Victory Blvd., Van Nuys. The firm is a merger of the Sepulveda Insurance Agency, Olsen-Mitchell and Paxton-Campbell. At the formal opening were: Seated, Tom Mitchell; standing, Aladdin of the Lawrence Welk orchestra, honorary mayor of Van Nuys; Charles Olsen, Frank Hand and Bill Campbell. All except Aladdin are principals in the new corporation and were affiliated with the companies merged into Southcoast Insurance."
