Photographic portrait of William W. Neuer, president of Central Oil Company, [s.d.]. Mr. Neuer can be seen from his shoulders to his head and is looking at the camera. He is wearing a checked suit and matching tie, as well as a light-colored shirt. He has a short beard and an upward curling mustache. His gray hair is parted at right. He was born in Hamburg, Pennsylvania on September 11, 1838, and arrived in California in 1891.
