Photograph caption dated May 15, 1957 reads "Maurice Feil of Encino backs away in horror as he sees body of his wife, Marian, 42, who was killed by hit-run driver as she stepped from car on Ventura boulevard at Noeline avenue in Encino. Feil saw car strike his wife. Booked on suspicion of hit-run felony driving was Jeanne Cohen, 34, of Encino."
