Photograph caption dated December 19, 1964 reads, "A donation and gifts were recently presented to the Speech and Hearing Foundation of Tujunga by Delta Chi Chapter of Epsilon Sigma Alpha Sorority. Dr. Mary Hobson Crow, foundation director, second from right, accepts presentations from Mrs. Irwin Russakov, Van Nuys, president, left, and Mrs. Ralph Drew, ways and means chairman. Marcella Rose, foundation secretary, is at right. The foundation was founded in 1956 by Dr. Crow and helps handicapped children overcome speech and hearing problems through forms of communication."
