At left Diane does the Alternate Leg Pull, an exercise that relieves tension and fatigue in the legs, helps reduce weight and firm thighs; The Lotus, center, is probably the most famous Yoga position. This posture is used to relax, breathe correctly and meditate. It also removes stiffness from feet, ankles and knees; The Bow, at right, is excellent for strengthening and developing the spine, developing chest and bust and improving posture."
