Wente (right), Member, Invest-in-America National Board and Honorary Chairman, Bank of America, and Raymond Kohtz, Lowell High School Journalism teacher. In addition to the Honorary Certificate Darcey received, The Lowell was awarded $50 in cash for Darcey's editorial, 'Be A Capitalist - Start Investing Now.
