Description: Letters stating that the annual meeting of the stockholders of the Southside Mutual Water Company will be held on April 14, 1959. There are also signatures of stockholders who have named J. L. Swain as their proxy for voting. Page 16 is the back of page 15 of the pdf. Page 17 of the pdf has the meeting date written in as February 28, 1961 even though 1959 is printed on the notice.
