The Otis Building on the corner of Main St. and 4th St., August 2002. Automobiles, an OCTA bus and pedestrians are visible along the street. Storefronts on the first floor of the Otis Building include El Pollo De Oro and Q Fashion. The Otis Building was built in 1889 with the facade dating from 1925.
