Black-and-white photograph of the ruins of the Pioneer Drug Store, Santa Clara, California, 1906. Note: Drug store built in Santa Clara in 1851 by Dr. H.H. Warburton. Photo taken several days after this building destroyed by fire of November 4, 1906 which started in Mr. Rainey's livery stable and spread to this old building. Photograph included in collection deeded to Santa Clara Public Library by letter of 1907 from Mrs. Alice Hare.
