Description: From the Charles Henry Geer photo album series that depicts a promotion held to sell land in Turlock, California, circa 1907. Presumably most of the people in this photograph had arrived for the land sale promotion that was in progress. People who had previously made a down payment on land also arrived by train with all of their possessions.
