Description: Photograph of the construction site of the public housing development Pueblo del Rio, located in South Los Angeles (55th Street and Long Beach Avenue). This photograph was taken from site point #3. The 400 units of Pueblo del Rio were completed under the 1937 Housing Act in May 1942.
