Black and white photograph of the entrance to the parking lot of the Granada Homes model houses. The parking lot is circular, and in the center of it is a circular island. The island is covered with lawn with a mound in the middle; on the mound are several pine trees. And encompassing the mound is a circular stucco wall with bricks lining the top; on the wall is "Granada Homes" in dark letters. Visible from behind the center island and some cars are portions of the model houses. There are about seven people scattered throughout the parking lot. At the left of the photograph is a mission-bell style street light. On the back of the photograph is "Photographed by Douglas Craig & Associates, 1715 Monrovia Ave., Costa Mesa, California, (714) 642-6791" stamped in red ink.
