Description
An unidentified youg man holds up a branch of a peach tree to show the amount of fruit growing. The trees, while not mature, are old enough to bear fruit. Peaches became the primary tree crop in the Turlock area and other parts of Stanislaus County. By the 1940's, Stanislaus County was the top producer of peaches in the world.
