Description
Alfred Higgins residence, located at 286 North Orange Street, Orange, California, 2003. Image shows front view looking west of the single-story clapboard Craftsman Bungalow style home built in 1905, with its combination hip and gable roof, and large corner wrap-around porch with pedimented gable overhead supported by piers with brick bases (originally clapboard bases). Mr. Higgins was a teacher and former assistant principal of Orange Union High School.
