Description
In photo (L to R): Rudolph Rapsey (City Attorney), Judge Aylett Cotton, Harry Elston (San Bruno Herald), Saul Ross (attorney). Aylett Cotton was the son of an old San Francisco family and the grandson of Antoine Borel, a San Francisco pioneer who helped establish the cable car system and the Spring Valley water company. He was a prominent lawyer and lifelong resident of San Mateo. Gift of Marjorie Elston.
