"Smythe casing machine" - (finishes book covers) cardboards are pushed out horizontally from magazine's (stacks at right) then picked by suction and placed over cloth that operator feeds into machine 0 (cloth receives coat of glue automatically) then cardboards are pushed downward. This causes edges of cloth to fold over cardboard then they are carried thru a press worked by water bag going into contact rigidly against cloth cover - 3500 a day. Camden, N.J
